BLOATED! Gained. This is what more than a week of living in a hospital waiting room will do. Hospital cafe food when you can get it, but mostly vending machine fare. Stress, worry and downright helplessness are also contributors. So glad that things are semi-normal and that I am finally home. I need a few days to “detox” my body from this abuse. Feeling like 💩 LOL!
