Primalkid's Logboek, 12 mei 13

Today's lunch was just a rough estimate of portions for the meat. I ate out at a Chinese Restaurant with my mom for Mother's Day. We enjoy our dishes cooked without oil, so added fat isn't an issue. I just eyeballed how much meat I was eating and what type it was. More importantly, I had a great time and am not too worried about it.
