Becka-boo 's Logboek, 06 sep 10

Whew!! Finally finished prepping all the food. Went to the grocery store(s) today, I usually go to two differant stores, to get all the specials (this eating good for you cost a lot), then I prepare some of it for the week.
I cooked squash, brocolli, fresh green beans and baked chicken strips for me.
Then I made a pot roast and potatos for my hubby.
THEN....I had to cook for my daughter (who is a vegitarian) and prepare her lunch/snacks for school tomm, BTW it is sooo hard to find lunch items for her, there is no way to warm anything up, so I really have to get creative to make sure she gets enough protien every day.
ANYWAYS.... I am finally done for tonight, 1 more load of laundry to dry and put away then I can relax!!!
Not looking forward to tomm...we will be swamped with patients as we were closed today...so better eat my wheaties in the morning!!
