This was my resistance training workout last Monday (I included it in the comments on the challenge but not in my journal): 4 X 8 reps machine rows, 4 X 12 reps machine back extensions, 2 X 10 reps chest press, 1 X 8 reps chest press, 4 X 25 reps ab crunches, 2 X 8 reps machine lateral raises, 3 X 12 reps fly. I am putting it in my journal, even though it's 3 days after I did it, because once i put yesterday's workout in the challenge comments, Monday's will disappear.
