This is a typical tea...lean on the milk. But next week to ramp up my 16:8 I’m going to strip brews from the 16 and compare the difference. Tomorrow I’ve banked enough calories to rest from 16:8 and enjoy a Valentines Steak.

Didn't mean to make you question what you been doing, it's just what I was reading when I looked into what I could drink before I started fasting as to much water makes me feel sick. So I have water and unsweetened black tea when on the 16 hour fasting. I think it's the sugar in the milk that's the problem so maybe something unsweetened would still be OK but not sure

stop trying to bank calories and loose them excersie and portion control I lost 3 .5 stone in a year with walking and diet 1200 calories still doing it

I have ordinary tea with a little lemon juice, rather than milk. It's ok to get me through til I can have milk in it :)

Thanks DavidWoods...I am controlling my portions and having low calories. As well as 18:6 fasting. I think I’m just looking forward to dinner today!
