Hello my friends!

I have been great on the dieting but am having a hard time making it to the gym because I have been so busy.

Last minute Vegas trip tomorrow for a few days. Hopefully I won't come back a complete fatty

81,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 25,9 kg. Nog te gaan: 11,3 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Gewichtsafname van 0,9 kg per week

Hey -- they have gyms at the hotels in Vegas -- who knows maybe you will see a hot celeb working out in the hotel gym! You are doing awesome my friend and again....sooooooooo glad you have returned to hang out with the rest of us FS buddies!! Have a great time in Vegas!
