Kwhatcher's Logboek, 16 mei 13

I have began feeling a little or maybe a lot uncomfortable with my weight gain as I think I am gaining more fat than lean muscle mass. I seem to be gaining a lot more stomach than I want...I think I am going to drop my caloric intake to 3500 eliminate fast food, and add cardio to my work out.
