Me too. I have GOT to refocus. I didn't even work out this week. I'm hoping to get a lot of work done on the ride up so I don't feel so behind and stressed out. I don't like feeling that way because it robs me of things that have become important to me, like working out and eating at least somewhat better. Which, in turn, makes me feel physically worse and less energetic. Vicious cycle. I'm hoping this weekend will be good for recharging the old batteries though.
