Rocked out a solid workout at the gym today after a full day of standing/ teaching. I tried to eat something every 2-3 hours so I didn't crash. Worked out well. Even eating 5 olives and a wheat cracker with feta is enough to keep you going!
I made sure to recharge on carbs and protein for dinner after that crazy sweat of a workout.
I'm a little hungry now, but it's 9 pm, so I'll just settle for some lemon water :)
