BNFineGirl's Logboek, 21 mei 13

Day 2
phew...I managed to stay just under my caloric intake for the day and I avoided a strawberry cheesecake blizzard!! I've been parking further away from the door at work. Last night I attended my daughter's volleyball game so I didn't manage to get any exercise in, but while playing with the baby, I made every move she did, plus some more for her entertainment. Babies move a lot so I'm hoping it helped a little. I also played with my hubby, too. Every calorie burned helps. :)
My weight has been the same since my 6 week post partum check up, 6 months ago!!! Which isn't all bad, at least I haven't been gaining but it is time to get serious about losing it. Nearly done nursing because my supply has diminished greatly, without that worry I can cut calories. I'm looking forward to feeling and looking good again. I'd like to lose about 30 pounds. 10 left over from baby and 20 from before that...
I know I can do this!
