My fluctuates so much during the week it's been insane to figure out what my true weight is. Sometimes there's as much as an 8 lbs difference from day to day. In one day I went from 202 to 198 to 206 all in one day. 2 outta the 3 weigh ins were on the same scale. Could all this be water weight?
