Christiana's Logboek, 10 sep 10

Dinner tonight was good, my stuffed bell peppers with ground turkey instead of sausage was excellent. I could have been a little healthier and excluded the cheese but it just adds such a nice creamy saltiness to the dish. Then I only ended up eating half which was good and surprisingly satisfying.

Good for you sister. :) My dinner was good too. Though I didn't make myself a salad today. About the only thing i'm a little dissapointed in. :/
