Okay - I finally got my repalcement UP Band (2nd one since Dec). I started walking again (finally). I walk 3 miles 3 days a week and 5 miles on Saturday mornings! My split time is 16 minutes a mile right now (ugh- I used to do it in 12 minutes) So that's my goal for right now - get it back down to 12..... I am trying this new way of eating and lifestyle change where I make sure I exercise for at least 20 minutes a day and the fat percentage in my total caloric intake is ony 20% !!! Needless to say it's very hard to keep the fat in what I eat to a maxiumum of 20%! I'm trying -
I want to get back to lifting weights as well so I can get my "guns" back - lost them about 2 years ago (stopped lifting) - well gotta go - gotta get back to work:(.....
