I have finally found my way back to my weight loss journey. Life as usual has gotten in my way. I am happy to say that after getting the whole house together and clearing a lot of crap out of my life I feel like I can make a real go at this. I have been reading the journals of some really beautiful people on here and they are a source of inspiration. So I am headed towards my goal to be healthy enough that I won't fear dyin early and hopefully be able to have a baby before I am too old. I'm having a hard time cutting grains and dairy out of my diet so being a cook I am gonna experiment until I find healthy alternatives. I hope I come out on top.
