Started the 5:2 Fast Diet yesterday, 600 calories just for today and tomorrow - yikes!! Doing rather well so far though. Diet is mostly mind control not body control, if you believe you will achieve!:)
53,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Niet Toepasbaar.

hi! We (Husband, daughter and I) just started this about a month ago. It's not bad. We had 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off right after because we had trip scheduled and just didn't even try. I do tuesdays and thursdays. You can have a look at my diet journal for my menu if you like, I feel we have it down to a science now. We do 2 non consecutive days, wondering why you do 2 consecutive. It'll interesting to see if it works better. Good luck.

It's great to hear someone else has given this a try and its going well! I'm a total newbie to this diet so thank you very much for commenting and sharing your meal ideas!! I have chosen to do thursdays and fridays as my fast days purely because of my schedule it would be tricky to fast on other days. I'll keep posting and hopefully this diet will pay off :) thank you and good luck to you too!
