Scale is not budging.
This is so frustrating.
I'm doing it all- keeping to a deficit, running every day.
ugh.
Need more water, maybe.
Can I get a shout out to all those who have had the needle stuck on the scale? So discouraging.

Don’t be disheartened. It happens to most of us, it doesn’t mean that you are not burning fat or calories, it means your body is either holding lots of water or you are growing some muscles.💪🏼 hang in there we can do this.
