I'm limping along this week. Not really on program...not being as bad I was the last 2 weeks. Am headed away for the holiday weekend. Getting back into the swing of things (journaling and eating what I should) is hard. I have it in my head to get going again on Tues (summer's over; time to knuckle down and get the rest of this fat off for good!!) Hope you all have a great Labor Day holiday! Remember, nothing tastes as good as being skinnier feels!
