So I'm starting my Fat Smash diet today and I was wondering what other Fat Smashers out there are eating for the mid morning "heavy" snack.

I make a cucumber,and tomato salad with a little bit of olive oil, thyme, and rosemary its really good!!! This is my 5th day, and I will tell you my first was the hardest, but I know you can do it, because If I can, believe me so can you. :)

most days I have oatmeal for breakfast
Then my morning snack is a smoothie
banana, frozen peach slices, frozen rasberries, 1/2 non fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c skim milk, 2 tsp chocolate whey protein
Decadent and delicious!
