I was 152lbs this morning (same as last week). So I am going to increase my calories by about 10% on workout days. My new calories and macros for workout days will look as follows.

~2860 kcal
170g PRO = 680 = 23.7%
70g Fat = 630 kcal = 22%
390 g CHO = 1560 kcal = 55%
