So, end of day 1. I cannot believe how bloody hard it is to eat this much. Seriously, at lunch I fought to get down that third egg and it almost came back up after the fact. That was it, I couldn't take in any more afterwards. I haven't eaten this much in months, hell, to be honest I really can't remember the last time I ate so much. I still feel a bit sick from it all but that's because my body isn't so accustomed to it anymore. I'm not sure if its ever been.

My actual calorie intake for the day is actually a little less than shown on today's food tracker, simply because I didn't eat part of the pizza snack thing in the morning, so my actual intake is actually 60 calories less than what's shown here. I just don't like candy bars much so if they're in a prepackaged meal, I won't eat them.

I seriously had trouble taking in so much. I think I need to find items with less bulk and more substance to eat so I don't feel like I'm going to make myself sick. Hell, I DID make myself sick this go round, I just managed to stop it from coming back up on me.

Man I hated taking in so much food, that was not fun, not fun at all!

I also need to cut back on that sodium intake. Seriously, that was a lot and I've always tried to avoid too much sodium. Welp I failed there. If I'm getting that much sodium a day just imagine what the average person is taking in. Talk about a heart attack waiting to happen there! I have got to avoid getting that much sodium again. The max anyone should take in is 2000mg. It also causes a lot of water retention in the body, up to five pounds worth. I've gotta try to keep that number down to around 2000mg.
