Hello Tiredofgainingand losing, don't be Tired, as we all do this I'll be up about 8lbs by Sunday. So don't worry. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR always shoots the weight right up. I've eaten so much I am round stomach not flat. So yes sadly we all have to start again. You will get there so will I so together with the love and support on this site. Mine start Sunday.
