I find the strangest thing happening. I will eat a very low calorie count for a few days (maybe 1200-1400 calories) and then my weight won't drop. And then I'll get really hungry, and just eat a lot more (yesterday I ate 2500 calories) and then after the day I ate a lot my weight will drop! What I am guessing is when I get hungry like that, my body is telling me it is starting to edge into starvation mode and was conserving calories, and then it lets go of the starvation mode and lets me burn the fat.
