Past few weeks really didn't pay attention to my intake. Love dunkin coffee w mocha and cream. 2 or more of those every day and consuming starchy carbs shot me over 180. Now that i am eating cleaner again the weight is falling off and got a big drop yesterday with an hour of heavy lifting and 3 hours of drumming! it is really 80% diet 20% exercise. Rock on FS friends!
80,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
