I was mildly down because I have not lost weight since I hit 159. I started celebrating and gained and now I am down to 160 again. I think Unicef is a good charity. They help children throughout the world.

Good luck with the challenges you are planning on doing. I am thinking of doing the same. I have hit a plateau and have been on it for ALL SUMMER.
