Primalkid's Logboek, 02 jun 13

I felt great today! I woke up pretty lean, making me think that my bloaty feeling yesterday was just water retention. I had a solid breakfast and lots of energy. Yoga was very on-the-move today and was a great mobility workout, especially for the abdominal and spine.

No irritation or anything today either.
