And again I miss my goal. . .I missed it by a good 900 calories. Ugh, how on Earth do most people, especially people smaller than me, manage to take in so much?! How on Earth did I ever manage to take in so much?!? But I have to take it in, I don't want to end up that sick again. OK, new day, new chance, I'm just getting so disheartened by this continuous failure.

I was thinking bout that but I don't want to let myself accept too low of a number. What I'm doing right now is trying the "If it's fixed, you eat it no matter how long it takes." thing

Mmm, those mashed potatoes look really yummy. I make mine with sour cream or cream cheese. I like the new approach you're taking and I know how food intake can make one a bit anxious. I battle my own food demons.

They're pretty good, wishing I had a different cheese for them though. I fixed a bunch and am Not allowing myself to sleep until they are finished, while it won't get me to 2400 maybe that with my tea will. Sour cream is normally great in some good, buttery mash. I know I eat some pretty good things, it's just those amounts that are getting me. I've had a forth of what I made so far and am just going to take a bite or two throughout the day until it's gone. Tomorrow I'm going to aim for doing similar but more meat based to get in some protein. I am just sort of sitting here with this mash though going "Buddy, you and I may not get along later, but I will win this fight." at the moment. Yes. . .I talk to the food sometimes, helps me a bit knowing it can't do nothin' bout it.

XD! Especially when said weather man says it'll rain and you're like "You said that yesterday and it was sunny!!" . . .ugh, OK, so, sticking to one food alone isn't gonna do it. I got through 1/3 of it. . .need to put it aside and find other foods to help me get in what I need because the same taste thing isn't going too well. Time to do the math to see what I did take in of it and go from there. Maybe I can sweet talk my girlfriend into bringing home a treat I know I'll go after.

I'm actually not too big into sweets besides drinks. My big weaknesses are cheese, broccoli, roasted chicken and honey. Well, unless you count food from back home, boudin and gumbo I'll always love but since I don't live in Louisiana anymore it can be hard to get the right stuff to make those.

See I'm the opposite...I love ice cream, but not sweet tea.

I honestly think, on some days, it's my tea and cola that's keeping me on my feet. Certainly a scary thing to realize. All the sugar and caffeine in there is likely the only reason I'm not sleeping through the whole day. Don't get me wrong, once in a great while I'll have a little ice cream, but that's only about twice a year. Hell, I can't even remember the last time I had cake. Since I didn't manage to finish off those potatoes today I decided to ask my girlfriend to pick me up some fried chicken, that should get me to a better level today. Oh I wish I was a bigger fan of sweets, that would make this so much easier if I was.
