Continuous weight gain despite healthy eating (mostly) and exercise.... time to get my blood and thyroid checked, I am seriously thinking something might be wrong with me! Steady weight gain since January.... not good.

Get checked out and make sure nothing is wrong medically. If everything is okay recheck your "mostly" healthy eating, maybe it's your calories. I don't know how you're eating, but I know for me it only takes me eating 100 cals more per day and I'm maintaining and not losing. Keep working though, don't give up! If you are making healthy choices you don't want to stop now. Good luck!!

got my blood tested today for hemoglobin, iron, and thyroid issues... while I wait, I better assume my blood is fine and it's my eating, as you say... we are eating healthy snacks but probably too many of them, and too late at night... I need to get into drinking more water instead of snacking, because that would solve two problems at once... need to drink more water and eat less calories! :)
