Today is Monday, June 3rd. Having a really hard time keeping carbs below 40grams daily. Only ate half of my caloric intake. I usually have a packet of Kasha buckwheat hot cereal but now realize that it contains 26 grams of carbs per packet. I think I am going to alternate with having eggs for breakfast and maybe low calorie fruit. Didn't weigh in today.
