Even though I've only lost a bit, it's big progress in the last few days b/c I wasn't doing very well last week, but am back on keeping track of my food and trying to stay motivated when I see good results. As part of my pursuit of getting into a physician's asst. program I'm taking nutrition this semester and it's helping me stay focused as well. I really want to find my old Weight Watchers stuff and make some of the veggie soup....
