I'm really puzzled, can anyone shed some light on why my weight has stopped dropping? I am sticking to a LCHF routine fervently, but my weight has been shimmying +/- lb for a week now. any suggestions???

I could be wrong. But our bodies adapt to what we do to make the system as energy saving as it can. thinknof it like walking up a hill. the 1st time you do it its knackering but after a month its a lot easier and you'd need a longer or steeper hill to achieve the same shattered. try upping the intensity of your exercise routine it may help.
