Is there a reason why you did not eat breakfast? There are many quick meals you can eat on theis plan. Try making or preping your breakfast at night if time is an issue. If you don't like eating breakfast like I use to eat an hour later than you normally would (about two hours after waking up). I'm on the extreme version of the fat smash diet and it is less restrictive as the regular one. It allows me to eat egg beaters which make a really good omlette. I can also eat oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. To me these are perfect for breakfast in a hurry. You can prep your oatmeal at night, add water, and microwave in the morning.
