Did ok today. Feeling really hungry. I didn't get all the food in....will try to get breakfast in tomorrow.

Breakfast is very important...I know this now! I used to not eat breakfast at all and since starting the diet I have really concentrated on that part and it helps so much! Keep your chin up, you can do this, just give it time!

Is there a reason why you did not eat breakfast? There are many quick meals you can eat on theis plan. Try making or preping your breakfast at night if time is an issue. If you don't like eating breakfast like I use to eat an hour later than you normally would (about two hours after waking up). I'm on the extreme version of the fat smash diet and it is less restrictive as the regular one. It allows me to eat egg beaters which make a really good omlette. I can also eat oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. To me these are perfect for breakfast in a hurry. You can prep your oatmeal at night, add water, and microwave in the morning. You can purchase the extreme version at Books-A-Million for about 13 dollars. I said all of that to say this eat you must eat breakfast to make your diet successful. best of luck!

Thank you for the comments! I am one that needs a swift kick in the booty once in awhile (ha ha) I have been making sure that I get my breakfast in. Thankfully the cafeteria at work now serves oatmeal daily and fresh fruit. TGNess!
