Primalkid's Logboek, 08 jun 13

Woke up flabby again today, which is weird given I didn't have a salty meal Friday night like last time. Oh well, I ate 2 pounds of potatoes for dinner and felt better. I know my insulin is going crazy because I get really vascular after the meal ;)

Anyways, I am ditching carrots and am going to be having some greek yogurt again (from goat milk). Eliminating dairy didn't really do anything and having greek yogurt or cheese on occasion doesn't seem to do anything noticeable. Also bought a lot more squash today. I love just sticking it in the oven and then having an entire squash for dinner lol
