Looking back, I never thought I'd enjoy stir-frying up a simple dish of sausage, onions, peppers, and garlic... and get full off of it. Effin love it, baby.

What's up, H! Yea, I've lost a little focus lately too, so we can help each other out! Rain? WTH? The weather's been a little kookoo, hasn't it? It's been windy as hell over here, and we just got through a mini heat wave, but i'm glad there was no rain. Rain effs up my trails!!

Yup - mud and biking is not a great combination! I am trying to come back with a ROOOAAAARRR so I can get the goal weight this year. Hey that rhymes...phhhttt!
