gooooooood morning journal...when i woke up wasnt in the mood to do a morning bike ride, but since i have woke up im ready to go...only problem is looks like rain is comin about the time i head out for my ride..so guess i will spend that time on the stationary bike this morning...going no where for 40 min...lol...but least it will be a workout of some kind..not as enjoyable as riding around town and hitting different resistances in going up or down hills that you just dont see when you drive the same streets...weight is lookin good an hopefully on weigh in day i can show the loss that i am lookin at right now...im really focused on hittin my next mini goal..an resetting it once again...took mom out yesterday and they was serving pork burgers an hot dogs as a completmentary give away at a store...but i chose to have my salad instead...and besides i just cant eat stuff like that anymore...yes occasionally i do eat a hot dog, but not the way i use to...its all fat...and some fat is good for you...but like i said i had a salad waiting on me in a bowl to fix when i got back home...and for my stickin with it...the scales was smilin with me this morning...well...need to get up an moving...still tryin to decide if the weather map is on the money or not an whether we will see any of that rain that they say is coming...if i think i can beat the rain drops then i will do a short route this morning...just to get a quick around the town ride in...after my workout...il journal what i did...and if i stayed dry or not...lol...
