Didn't reach my goal of 12,000 steps yesterday....my total was 8,727. I need to step it up big time. I feel like I'm eating way better than I have his last month,and I'm definately not drinking as much so I thought the weight would just come off. I need to get moving more.

don't be so hard on yourself....The weight will come off but you need to work-out no excuse ori :)3 or 5 times a week!!!!!!!
