Well for some reason I have lost weight this week. I've been eating healthier snacks and meals but have ate a ton of holloween candy. One hurdle I've gotten over though is switching from regular flavored coffee creamer to sugar free low calorie. I love coffee and had a hard time giving up the high calorie sugar laden creamers. Coffee mate sugar free french vanilla is pretty good with a dash of cinnamon, I do drink half caff since I'm breastfeeding.
