Sunday Spike Dinner Whole wheat penne pasta w/ creamy pesto sauce (pesto sauce mixed w/ Greek yogurt), tossed w/ sun-dried tomatoes & chopped up salmon burger paired w/ artichoke & garlic butter dipping sauce = D I really don't think I'll be able to eat all that pasta, just like last Sunday but I won't make myself sick or hurt my stomach trying. I am thankful for such a yummy Spike dinner though!! My little sister hates me b/c she bought a Stoffer's Chicken & Penne pasta w/ Creamy Pesto sauce dish & had that for dinner the other night. She just tried my pasta & said it was worlds better. Whole wheat pasta wins again!! Got my picky 11 yr old nephew to try it & he loved it (wouldn't eat my mom's whole wheat spaghetti b/c it didn't taste good though)!! My sister says I just have the cooking Midas touch = p People love my food & my nephews tend to prefer it over anyone else's cooking = D Alright, enough bragging. Hope everyone had a great weekend! = )

Lol, I definitely had leftovers. Even going into it I knew I was going to go for the artichoke first. I always tend to do pasta last so I had 1/2 leftover. Guess that's dinner tonight which is a good thing b/c I don't think I have it in me to cook anything tonight.
