Well PHEW I fell off the bandwagon yesterday. But I learned to portion control my food during lunch. We went out to lunch yesterday and I ate things I know I shouldn't of. But like I said I learned to control my portions and left plenty of it on my plate. So thats good and didn't eat much dinner yesterday. I dont even want to record what i ate because it will make me go on starvation mode. But nonetheless I am still at a resonable weight. On the plus side I tried out some of my "fluffy" size jeans that I love LOVE to wear and they are WAY to big for me. Guess I'm not losing pounds but instead I'm losing inches. Which is good too. I'm going to keep on trekking.

It's always nice to be too small for your clothes! Enjoy the sensation. Don't worry about falling off the bandwagon. I recall from the show that Dr. Ian mentioned that every once in a while, we'll falter or stumble. Just pick yourself back up and keep to living your healthy lifestyle!

Inches are defiantly the best way to go! Sounds like you are doing great and protion control is the key for sure!!! We can't be perfect all the time, but when we are not as long as we know when enough is enough, then we are good! Keep up the great work! Have a wonderful weekend!
