Sandy followed by a astressful year put me in a bad way. It wasn't that I was eating so much, but just not as strict- never really overtly cheating. But all that eating out got me off to a wrong seasonal start. Of course my endocrinologist thought I was great at this weight since he hadn't seen me in a year and I had lost weight. He didn't know that I was 13 pounds heavier than early September. So now I am mising two diets- Weight Watchers and Atkins- mostly WW but avoiding the really high extra carbs. I think I will get this off quickly and then fight to get the rest.
