Another 2 pounds off this morning, taking me to 13st 3 in old money. Just another 5 pounds and I will have reached the 180lb target I set back in mid February I think.
I've also been looking at "My Diet Calendar" on here, and especially the Daily Average stats for Exercise and Food intake:-
March was 2988 calories for exercise, and 1569 for Food Feb was 3148 and 1595 Jan was 3008 and 1818
Compare and contrast that with some of the stats prior to my diet pre January:-
December was 2807 and 2251 November was 2927 and 2385 etc.
The key thing when looking at these historical stats is how high my food intake was back then, the average of which was well above my RDI of 1980.
But these last 3 months or so on my diet I've been watching my stats like a hawk, as well as comfortably reducing my RDI from 1980,1850, 1800 and now 1700.
OMG, I have just read back the above, and I sound like a right number-crunching geek! Sorry about that, lol
