No change on last week.
A bit disappointing but this does happen from time to time. Plus I have been more physically active in the garden this week with the good weather and the lockdown. So perhaps the lack of weight-loss is part due to fat turning into muscle!
Not discouraged because am hoping for a pound or two off next week.
