Nov 1st 2008 I started losing weight I was 254 and by july 09 I was 158. I exercised daily and ate right. Then I got lazy. I developed the atitude you only live once and that is killing me. I am back up to 205 and swore I would never get to 200 again.
Other than the massive obsession with crap( snickers, twix, anything chocolate or sugary) I also stopped drinking water. I didnt replace water with another beverage just stopped drinking. I replaced it with food I guess.
That all stops today. I need my life back. I need my energy back. I have 5 kids to care for I need to be healthy. So it starts now!
