Hi FS it’s Peter Shaw here with a different user name. Lap top broken down, so loaded app on to my phone. Forgot my password and the site is saying that is does not recognise my email so unable to reset password. So just have to start again. I am finding the app on my phone more difficult than using the web site on the lap top. At the moment it’s all I can do. Take care and stay healthy.
