So I started this new job about a month ago and it totally killed my meal & exercise routine. I thought I was never gonna get back on it. Srsly. But after eating out for weeks I was so disgusted with the grease that I broke down brought my lunches and went to the gym one day. After that first day back at the gym I felt so good, I fit in 2 days in one week and heck I actually went swimming Saturday morning!! I don't go to the gym 5 days a week anymore. But I make an attempt to make it at least 3. My body has been good and actually kept the weight off...yay!! Hoping this Super Slim Challenge continues to keep me motivated to stay off the tempting fast food that surrounds me
