Primalkid's Logboek, 25 jun 13

I feel really lean lately. I even look more lean than when I was 4lbs. lighter! Especially yesterday. Doing 1 set of 50 squats with 135lbs. really nailed me over. I probably drank 2 gallons of water through classes and the carb front-loading was amazing.

Anyway, today went well and I am glad that classes aren't posing a problem to my eating schedule.
