Not my best day. A lot of weekend family time and fun (which is good), but 2 snacks I should not have chosen (ice cream sandwich and half a cookie). That's put me higher on refined carbs than is good, but at least I didn't break the bank on the over all calorie intake. Still managed a good amount of activity (walking around and my Trekker work out and some upper body with weights work out).
