Mini goals for the month of october;
1. lose between 6-10lbs 2. go to the gym at LEAST 3 times a week 3. keep snacks healthy DO NOT get drawn in by chocolate 4. no eating after 8pm 5. drink as much water as i can.
I have to get this weight loss going at a steady pace because i have a goal, i want to fit into my size 12(US10) dress by christmas time, at the moment i am about a 16/14(US14/12)and the dress looks terrible. so stretched and see though because its white so i have decided that by the time holiday season rolls around i want to be able to put that dress on and feel amazing! also spending this christmas with the boy, i mentioned before, and his family because its too expensive to go home and i need to get a christmas job here so that should be interesting, first christmas away from home.
