I have been struggling with getting motivated to get in shape after the pregnancy and it has been 5 months, I really have got to get on the stick with doing this, I just feel like I have no will power to make myself exercise or diet lately.
I feel like I should start juicing again and try to really pay attention to what I am eating. I have been eating TONS of sugar!!! What is my deal??
I want to focus on my abs and arms, because my stomach is so odd shaped after baby, I feel like I don't even know how to dress myself in fat clothes.
