Lost a bit of weight again, I stopped using calorie deficit since I was eating a very unhealthy amount of calories, I started intermittent fasting, and it's burning my stomach fat very well, and I started eating 1 200 calories. I've been eating very well, and I stopped eating sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, butter, etc), except for Sundays though (it's my cheat day).
