I did forty minutes of a video tape called Kathy Smith's March to Fitness. It was just right for me to get my heart rate up! I am down to 158.5! I have never seen 158 for years! It is like being in a dream. I have to be careful not to go out and celebrate, like I do. Any excuse to eat chocolate! I haven't been having cereral right before I got to bed, a bad habit I've had for years! I can't buy a package of 3 of anything like soy icecream bars. I can't have just one! ! I had my last Chinese pea pods out of my garden. Hope everyone is having a good week!luv, mary
